Calories and Sitting on a Post

I have been on the very same pound again for 10 days. I have behaved. I have counted calories. I have done yoga and ballet workouts. The pound remains the very same. So yeaterday I lost it. I was an ass. I ate all day long, multiple caramel yogurts, pasta, meats, and went to bed, mentally preparing myself for the weight gain I would see in the morning.

I weighed the same.

The world is an evil place.
